Kishore Kumar Puli is the founder and Managing Director at Pradakshana. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He brings in 20+ years of experience in lending to MSME & Microfinance with unique combination of extensive operational and funding experience coupled with excellent knowledge of the local finance market. He set up Trident, a microfinance company, in 2007. Under his guidance, Trident had a portfolio of Rs.180 Crores with 254,000 borrowers. He is known within the industry for driving business results and maximizing profitability through the delivery of exceptional product quality and service and prudent management of people and processes.

N Ramakrishna – Senior Vice President, an MBA from Osmania University, is a self-driven, organized and dynamic individual. He has 18 years of gross root level experience in the field of Microfinance, MSME . He has wide experience in new branch expansion, credit under writing and instrumental in rolling out of new processes & products. Prior to Pradakshana, he worked with BASIX, Fullerton, Trident and Sub-K.

Krishna Reddy – Credit Head, has 18 years of gross root level experience in the field of Microfinance. He was involved establishing of new Branches and expansion existing branch business while he was with Trident Microfin Pvt. Ltd. Later in Pradakshana, as Credit Head, he contributed his experience in establishing process for Micro Enterprise Loans. Prior to Trident, he was with Share Microfin between 2002 to 2007.

Mahipal Reddy – Business Head-MFI, comes with 20 years of field level experience with an exposure on Business development and Collections. He is the first employee of Trident and involved in setting up first few branches in Trident. Prior to Trident, Mahipal worked with Spandana and BASIX.
He brings in lot of gross root level understanding and client perspective in developing various loan products suitable to Micro Enterprise Clients.

Ravi Kumar – Business Head – MSME, brings in 15 + years of multi-disciplinary experience in the areas of collections, team handling and business Development. Ravi also acted as an entrepreneur with his start-up company in which he handled clients like ICICI Bank, GE Money, SBI. His combination of experience on the ground and team handling will help Pradakshana to manage its portfolio quality. His multi linguistic skills are useful for the company to handle clients of different geographies. He is a graduate in Arts and Post Graduate in Computer applications.
